Packaging Design for UA - Unboxing by Nastasha Hastings
It’s been awhile, but I wanted to pop-in and talk about a cool project I had the opportunity to work on!
During my time at Under Armour, I worked on the package design for the “Eclipse Bra” line - the packaging was made exclusively for social media influencers.
One of the influencers who received the merchandise was Olympian athlete, Nastsha Hastings.
It’s so neat to see the finish product and to receive a compliment from a public figure!
Below is the unboxing video - enjoy!
Vehicle Vinyl Wraps
Here are a few examples of wraps I designed working at, "Creative Edge Design" in Altavista, Virginia. I've design vinyl wraps for trucks, cars and even trailers.
Thumbnail Ideas for Coffee Shop
For the past year now, I've worked with "Bean Tree Cafe" in Lynchburg, VA on a variety of projects ranging from designing their outdoor advertising to refining their app. So I was very excited to be asked to design their new logo.
The image on the left is the logo they have right now. For the new logo (the 1st draft is on the left), one of the owners asked me to incorporate the imagery of a tree - so I delivered.
I'm still waiting on further feedback, but I'm looking forward to working further on this project. Once it becomes more refined, I'll be adding it to the portfolio portion of the site.
A few weeks in Brazil
A pretty cool thing about marrying a boy from Brazil is the excuse to ... well, travel to Brazil. My stay was originally going to be for a week and a half, but it turns out I need to stay here a little longer.
Despite the set back, I'm enjoying myself with my in-laws and our friends here. São Paulo is an extremely interesting city, not to mention very photogenic.
Between now my departure, I'll be working on some freelance, building this site and taking pictures. Que legal, ne? ;-)
Hello and Welcome
Hey everyone,
This blog is just an extension of the site that will provide updates and a fun way to show you what I'm learning/doing. If anything, it's a cathartic experience to push myself and provide motivation -- something I've been in serious need of for the past few weeks.
I have a few projects, trips and classes to take down the pipeline, so I'll be sharing those experiences in the near future.
Have a beautiful day
Ann
